As part of the Firm’s Entertainment Law practice, we have counseled active and former NFL players, international prospects, and sports and entertainment agencies. The Firm advises clients in connection with television and film distributions, production financing matters, master services agreements, employment agreements, equity investments and production and distribution. The Firm also negotiates likeness and music licenses in connection with the production of film and television content, intellectual property rights and clearance issues (including in connection with development, production and distribution), rights acquisitions and dispositions, talent agreements (including actors, directors, producers, writers and other above- and below-the-line talent), union and guild matters, and revenue participation agreements.
